The family of sofas and armchairs in specific shape inspired by origami toys. The collection has special elbow rest and the backrest in characteristic shape of trapezoid leaning outside, has a soft foam body based on skids. The family also includes tables with characteristic bent tabletop rims.
In 2016, the designer of the collection, Piotr Kuchciński, expanded it with two eye-catching armchairs – Lounge and Club – and chairs. The models are available with wooden legs or skids: made of ashwood in its natural colour or stained in black, grey, dark blue, red or white, or beechwood.
Piotr Kuchciński born in 1969,
graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at Poznań Technical University. He cooperates with NOTI for more than 10 years. Apart from furniture design, he supervises the image of the brand, designs interior of showrooms, marketing materials and trade booths.
His designs receive various awards in international competitions and are presented both in Poland and abroad. He was awarded twice with Red Dot Design Award (in 2013 for B2 table for BALMA and in 2014 for Clapp sofa) and Designer of the year 2012 by the Institute of Industrial Design in Poland. In 2016 he got the title of of the Creator of The Year from DesignAlive Magazine.
He is the author most of NOTI collections: Alter, Bloc, Clapp, King, Linar Plus, Manta, Mishell, Mula, Muse, Origono, Queen, Rosco, Sosa,Tritos, x40.
