New - 2016 - LCD sofas and armchair by Renata Kalarus

This year, for the purpose of a wide range of apartments and facilities, mainly relative to the contract market - hotels, offices, public places - the LCD collection has been extended to smaller 2- and 3- seat sofas without tilting mechanism. A new element is also an armchair.

The author of the LCD concept is Renata Kalarus. The collection is inspired by the shape of the modern television and as such characterized by an ultra slim silhouette - its simple and visually lightweight form is mounted on metal skids.

The 3- and 4-seat models designed in 2012, which are intended for apartments, houses and lofts as much as hotels, have been equipped with a system of progressive tilting of the backrest. This makes the sofa a piece of furniture that can be used not only for sitting but also for lying and even occasional sleeping. 

All models in the collection have specially designed cushions and pillows: some are high and profiled cushions that reflect the shape of the back, and some - also available with a decorative piping - are flat, rectangular and optionally small, soft pillows with functional pockets.

The LCD design involves a combination of different - in terms of their texture or color - fabrics on the front and back of the furniture.
