Polish design promotion – STEPS AHEAD exhibition

The Tulli armchair by Tomek Rygalik will be showcased at the STEPS AHEAD exhibition of Polish and Hungarian design starting on 31 June. The exhibition will take place at the Institute of Industrial Designin Warsaw.

The event is the outcome of successful cooperation between members of a Polish-Hungarian team. The curators are Professor Michał Stefanowski from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and Professor Gyula Ernyey, a pioneer of research and education in history and theory of design in Hungary.

STEPS AHEAD shows about 100 unique designs, most of which have been put into production. The exhibition is supported by Adam Mickiewicz Institute and Culture.pl . Items on display also include the Clapp armchair by Piotr Kuchciński.
